Hi All. I have made some changes to the blog and still want to make my own banner for Sherry’s Shelves. I have added some of my own pics to the header and updated some other stuff. I am staying current on writing reviews, pretty much writing them as soon as I finish reading the book. I am going to try and review everything I read, but I’m not sure how that will work out. I have some reviews sitting, waiting, because I think we will be making our trip north this year and blogging will be hit and miss. I have wanted to go to Michigan for two years and put it off because of Covid. This year we plan on ‘business as usual’ with safety in mind. It makes me a bit anxious, but I am not a spring chicken, so I am ready to GO.
Our Azaleas are blooming like crazy.
The International Space Station flew over the house on 2.6.22. How cool is that?
Stay safe and wear a mask..

Love the azaleas! We have taken a few trips with very careful planning and masking. We even took Lulu all 3 times and carried her homemade food in a cooler. We kept our trips short which might be harder as Michigan is a distance. Oh we also drove, as we are avoiding airports. Good luck!
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
Our azaleas are usually blooming by now, but nothing so far. Maybe they are running a little late this year. Azaleas are so beautiful.
I hope you get to go to Michigan this year. We are planning to go to Paris, but we will definitely do everything to stay safe.
I made my banner using Canva.
I hope you have fun on your trip. I try to review all the books I read too.
What great photos of the International Space Station! Thanks for sharing them. The azaleas are gorgeous, too. One year on our dive north we stopped at The Biltmore in Asheville, NC when theirs were in bloom… it’a sight I’ve never forgotten!
The azaleas are beautiful. I love the picture. Hope you have a great week!
The azaleas look beautiful and neat that the Space Station flew over your house. Hope you enjoy your time up north!
My azaleas bloomed late last year. Of course, we still have snow on the ground so it is a bit early for blooms. I wish I had the discipline to write my reviews when I finish a book. I write them the night before they are published. Oh well, have a great week!
That is so cool! And ooh I’m glad you’re going to be able to visit Michigan! 🙂
I do the same thing- write the review usually as soon as I’m done with the book. I like to get my thoughts out and not have it hanging over my head ha!
Love the azaleas. So pretty. I used to be so good about reviewing right after I read but I’ve sadly gotten out of the habit.
GAH flowerssss. I still only see snow and iced, covered with a nice layer of salt and muck. I sob, I need spring! Also that is SO COOL that the space station flew over your house! Hope you get to go on your trip! I am absolutely dying to go somewhere, anywhere, too! It is so hard, isn’t it?
