some songs we’ve been enjoying lately! If you would like to play, and I
really hope you do, please see the rules and link up below.

Every Monday share a few songs you’ve been enjoying lately. It doesn’t
have to be a specific genre, new, or one of your favorites – just
something you’d like to share with others. If possible, share a music
or lyric video of the song and your thoughts on the song(s), artist(s),
and/or music video(s).

I used to have an 8 track tape in my van and I would cruise the highway, singing at the top of my lungs. Dr Hook took me to many places and I do love to party. So…put your party hat on because this will be a doozy. I couldn’t decide which song to share, but I’ll start with Cover of the Rolling Stone, which put him on my radar. I guess this will date me. How about you? LOL
This is my favorite………………..and I feel allllllll the good vibes.
I love all his music and am so glad for Music Monday to take me to the past and all the good times I had with him.
A great way to end the party.

Wow! I cannot remember the last time I heard a Dr. Hook song, but I was giggling when you mentioned 8-tracks. They were the worst! The way they would click over in the middle of a song was criminal.
guess that dates me for sure. we have come a long way lol
I haven’t listened to music by Dr Hook before. I like these songs. Great picks!
glad you enjoyed them
How have I never heard of this guy before! Thanks for linking up!
glad to introduce you
Well, my six year old has been on a Backstreet Boys kick lately. I prefer N*SYNC, so you can imagine the battles on the way to school and home each day, lol
that’s funny.
Never heard of Dr Hook before but he’s got some good music!
for sure. glad to introduce you
Oh wow. This takes me back, Sherry!
i know what you mean. a blast from the past that has me tapping my toes and singing along…still.
