Help me out, please!
I love to read and review books and have a simple question.
I have always cross-posted my reviews after they were published on my blog, until recently.
I love to be the first person to review a book, but the main reason I have started doing it is because I can do it at my leisure.
I used to scramble to get them posted to Amazon and Goodreads the day the review was published on my blog. Then I found myself losing track and sometimes forgetting about it and not posting for days or longer.
.
I post to Amazon, Goodreads, Library Shelf, Shelfari and B & N as soon as the review is scheduled on my blog.
After publishing the review on my blog, I then add it to Booklikes, Tumbler and Literary Addict.
When do you post your review?
I would love to hear your thoughts. Please share them here, so everyone can benefit.
Thanks for your time.

I usually am diligent with the blog and GR posting. I often forget the Amazon part because most of the books I’ve been reviewing are arcs so they go live before it goes on sale.
I think post when it’s best convenient with you. When I do remember, I post it all at the same time even if my blog post doesn’t go live til the next day. At least I don’t forget hehehe
I honestly review on Amazon or wherever I found the story. Then I write a separate one for my blog. My reviews aren’t long though, so it is easy for me to do it this way.
Thanks for sharing Anthony. How would you want someone to post a review of your books?
I always cross-post after my review, since I want it to be original content. I then cross-post parts of my review.
I think that is a great idea. That is how I was doing it and now that you put it that way, it sounds best to me. I want that too. 🙂 I post my review in its entirety, but maybe it is time to change that too, seeing I really want it original to my blog. Makes a lot of sense, Kim. Hmmm…food for thought.

It depends on when I review a book. If I do an early review on my blog then it’s not going to be where I can post on Amazon, so I have to wait on it, but I usually go ahead and post on goodreads. Then I sometimes forget to go back and get amazon…lol.
I am so wishy washy on the subject, I have yet to decide, but I think I will do it on my blog first, then get to it when I can elsewhere.
