Hello fellow bloggers. Another week has passed and they all seem to blend together. I see where I actually posted two of the same Books From The Backlog posts. I guess that shows where my head is. Still trying to get back in the groove and my blogging ahead has run out. This week I did minimal blogging and reading. I hope I can shake myself out of this funk soon. How about you? Did you have a good week? Did you watch the Presidential debate. LOL I received my ballot and have already sent it back. I have voted. Have you?
Hope you have a good week and I’ll be seeing you soon.

I totally understand the funk. I hope you can find some light in each day (it really is the little things right now). That’s why I have be overdoing it with the light and fluffy books. That’s helps me. ((HUGS))
I just got my absentee ballot today and am sending that back ASAP lol. Hope you’re having a good weekend… 🙂
I just received my ballot this week and will be returning it this week. Sadly, with all the talk from Trump about the validity of mail-in votes I don’t trust that he won’t try to discount them. So I’m taking mine to one of the secure drop-boxes and bypassing the USPS altogether. Pitiful that I don’t even feel secure in the voting process these days. *sigh*
We received our ballots and voted. Sorry you are in a funk. I am too. I;m just waiting for 2021 and hoping things change.
I think our ballots are going to start going out on the 13th. So I will send it back once I get it. It wasn’t a great week but I did watch the debate, what a circus.
I have voted a couple of weeks ago and they texted me it is accepted after I took it to the Board of Elections office. Reading went well in September but I can’t say October is going as well. I want to stay in bed, pull the covers over my head and not leave until maybe January 2021.
Here’s hoping your week is better.
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
I’m feeling exactly the same. The lack of sleep has me struggling to concentrate on reading or blogging and I don’t remember the last book review I did! I wish I could just get back to a normal blog and read routine!
My state doesn’t allow you to vote by mail unless you are sick or out of town or over 65. I will have to show up in person. And voting booth staff aren’t required to wear masks! Crazy, eh?
I have days where I feel the same odd mood. I am trying to work myself out of those sorts of moods, though.
Have a good week!
I totally get that funky funk. I seem to snap out of it when September and October hit for all things mystery and horror related! Hope you can find some great reads soon.
Enjoy your week!
I so understand about the weeks blending together. I don’t even know what day it is anymore. I hope you have a great week!
The Presidential Debate was something else! A train wreck.
Hope you get out of your funk. Hope you read a few good books that help! 🙂
