Happy Sunday everyone.The sun is shining and I am loving every minute of it. The clock is ticking down to the cool weather. I don’t mind it terribly bad, because we rarely have any snow or ice here in Florida. Most of the time I am able to get by with a turtle neck and a sweatshirt during the winter. Mr Wonderful has no problem running around with shorts and a shirt, so it’s funny to see him in long pants when he’s not working. Any who…I hope you are having good weather in your neck of the woods and reading some good books.
PS I have some Hurricane Michael photos and videos Mr Wonderful and I are working on, so I will be sharing them as soon as I can get together a post. It came pretty close, but all we really got here was a tree trimmer, a storm where the winds are high enough to knock off a few branches and create some giant waves on the beach. So…keep on the lookout.

So glad to hear you’re okay after Michael. All we got was heavy rain where we live in Virginia. Oh the photos on the news, makes my stomach ache for those poor people!
I am grateful it wasn’t us, but I feel really bad for those in Mexico Beach. Glad you are good too.

I figured you got the same weather I did as we are less than an hour away from each other. I hope that’s the end of the hurricanes for this year. We’ve been very lucky.

Glad to hear you didn’t sustain too much damage from the storm. That was one fierce hurricane.
What a relief you managed to avoid the worst of Michael – my heart goes out to all my US blogging friends whenever I hear of another major hurricane or tornado… I hope this coming week is a peaceful one for you and yours, Sherry.

Glad to hear you didn’t get hit too hard. I was wondering about you. Our winters get cold but Mr. Barb will wear shorts as long as he can. He hates jeans so if he’s not working, usually it’s shorts and he’s wanting to turn up the heat – not my favorite thing to do!
In December and January I paired my shorts and flip-flops with a sweatshirt when we lived in Florida. LOL Have a wonderful week Sherry!
I do that whenever I came. But I am one of those people that get cold easily. Mr Wonderful is shorts pretty much the whole year.
