Hello fellow bloggers. Not much new and different. Still doing some yard work, but now it’s normal, not storm, cleanup. The weather has been great, cool morning temps to work in and lots of sunshine to get my Vitamin D. Been cleaning shelves in the guest room, trying to organize….stuff…and figure out what I have to have and what can gooooooo…out the door. Too much stuff! Frickin’ arm is still giving me fits and starts. I no sooner get one arm working and the other arm goes out on me. LOL A physical therapist friend of ours told me it is quite common in older women that the shoulder gives us problems. It’s so weird because I woke up one morning and it sucked. I think part of it is too much time on computers and I am trying to take more breaks and do some of the exercises I have from when I messed up my right arm. Oh well, it is what it is.
How about you? Something good to talk about? Something bugging you?
Hope you have a good week. Stay safe and I’ll be seeing you.

Sorry your arms are making you so uncomfortable. There really is something about women and shoulder’s though. Both my mother and sister had rotator cuff surgery, and neither were manual workers or athletes of any high caliber. Glad you are able to get outside for non-cleanup activities though.
I have intermittent problems with one of my shoulders. I had no idea it was so common! I went to physical therapy for a while but it didn’t help much. Over time it just got better on its own. I hope your arms feel better this week!
I have bursitis in my shoulders and a few years ago I broke my shoulder so that gives me problems now.
Yep, I have the same issue with my right shoulder. Maybe like you said it’s too much time in front of a computer. I get it about “having too much stuff” and I declutter on a regular basis. Have a great week!
Sorry to hear about your shoulders! I don’t have trouble with them (yet) but my knees and hips bother me sometimes. I take joint supplements and that seems to help. Not sure if it would help your shoulders or not. Hope you feel better, Sherry!
I’m sorry to hear about your shoulder and arm problems. I hope you are feeling better. I’ve been having a similar issue lately. My right arm and shoulder are painful for no apparent reason, although I thought I either slept wrong or too much computer time. Both could still be why, but that’s interesting what your physical therapist said.
Thank you for your kind words on my blog about the loss of my cat. It’s greatly appreciated.
I hope you have a great week!
Hope you are feeling better. And glad to hear the yard clean up is not storm related. You guys need a break!
I had a bad problem with my arm about 10 years ago with no specific injury. I couldn’t curl one arm back enough to unhook my bra! I got to 70% with the chiropractor and then the physical therapist they had took me to 90%. She had to do dry needling to get it to the final 10%. I still do the exercises almost daily and I’ve had no trouble since but I hated it. I want everything to work and not be sore and I hate being sick. Luckily I don’t have much trouble. I hope your arm / shoulder is better soon. The weather here has been amazing too. We have a few more days of gorgeous and then rainy days and cooler temps. I’m glad to have the yard work finished for the fall, other than leaves as needed. Happy reading!

Shoulder problems are annoying. I hope that your doctor is able to come up with a good solution for you.
I am at the point in my life where I am happy to toss out anything that is not in use.
Have a lovely week!
OMG, I’ve suddenly developed issue with my shoulders for no reason, and in the same way! Ageing sucks!
I hope your issues fade soon.
Wishing you a great reading week
Sorry about your arms, Sherry. I can relate. I’m having to wear a brace on my right hand now. I have trigger finger and a long wait to see the doctor. Hopefully shots will fix it. If not, they have to do outpatient surgery. Yippee. Miss you guys!!!
I hope your arm starts feeling better soon. I hate dealing with that kind of physical challenge. It is nice to go through things and get rid of stuff.
Shoulder problems are so annoying! I’ve injured mine a few times, and it makes everything difficult. I hope yours heals quickly. Have a good week!
I’ve had back issues for a few days…it comes for a few days and can vanish again for weeks but the timing is rubbish as I need to get furniture moved in my bedroom! GAH! I hope you get a bit of pain relief Sherry!
I hope your shoulder is feeling better. Just as my carpal tunnel started behaving my arm has been giving me a lot of trouble. I’m not good about resting like I should, unfortunately, so it’s taking its time healing. I am glad your getting sun and enjoying pleasant weather!
I hope you have a great week. Happy Reading!
