Sunday Post #431 August

Hi Everyone. I hope you have had a good week. Myself, it has been pretty quiet. I have been cleaning and sorting through the house…still. I have also been beautifying the pool and am looking forward to my first dip. It is still a bit early and chilly, but March is when I start my summer season. That is why I have been concentrating on spring cleaning. I can hardly wait to switch from indoor chores to outdoor chores. We have had some rain, but today the sun is shining and it feels a lot warmer than it is. My phone says it is 71. I am eager to get rid of my socks and sweats and get into my shorts and tshirts and go barefoot. My feet want to be set free…

  1. I wouldn’t mind it being warmer, but I don’t think I am ready for the summer season in March. I did hear it will be getting into the 60s here when I am on vacation (figures)

  2. It’s funny, but I feel just the opposite when it comes to having warmer weather. I know that once summer gets here it will be hot every day so I want to enjoy this coolness (71 here, too) as long as I can.

    A swim in the pool does sound lovely, though. I hope I can get back to swimming at the Y this year.

  3. I’m glad it’s been quiet and that you have been able to sort and clean. The weather is starting to improve here a bit, by the end of the month I think we will see some real changes. I want to do outdoor things too!

  5. I need to focus on spring cleaning over the next couple weekends. We had nice weather this past week, but it’s starting to get cold again and rain is in the forecast. I hope you have a great week! Stay safe.

  7. 71 sounds amazing! We are just a bit too cold here for me to be outside comfortable but I am ready for warmer weather! Have a great week!
