Hi Everyone. Not much to tell. Another week like the other week. Have not been sleeping very well, so I am getting up at 9 or 10. Gotta do something about that. Time is ticking and I am missing out…on something. LOL Have a great week.

Something must be in the air, I’ve not been sleeping the best here recently either. I hope you can start getting good sleep soon!

I hate having trouble sleeping. I usually wake up at 3am and stay for up an hour and go back to bed for an hour and then the dog wants to go out.
So are you sleeping in shifts like awake in the middle or just going to bed later and getting up later? I’m trying to sleep midnight to 8am but sometimes can’t go to sleep or wake up in the middle and then end up sleeping later. I hope it improves for you. I’m doing somewhat better now with more active pursuits now that the PT is letting me do more.
