Hi Everyone. The weather has been typical for Florida, sun and rain. The yard is sure lovin’ it, especially those dog gone weeds. Gonna have to get out there soon or the yard will become a jungle. LOL It seems to have cooled off a little, so maybe I can handle being out. The sun sure is intense, so I welcome cloud cover and any kind of breeze. This week has been pretty much like last week. Some reading, some blogging, some piddling around the house, spending time with Mr Wonderful and even managed to binge watch Twlight…AGAIN. I just can’t help myself. Mr Wonderful laughs at me because I can almost quote the movies word for word.
Do you have a favorite movie that you can watch over and over and over again?
Stay safe.

I don’t usually watch movies more than once, but if it is a musical, it is fun to watch again and sing along.
It’s nice you haven’t had any problems to handle, just ordinary days. We aren’t getting much rain even when forecast so I am watering just a bit, but nothing like the every day after we got the sod. Even with the heat, I’m busy on projects. But mostly not with me outdoors. It was cooler here last week and I think it is going to heat up this week.
I loved Sound of Music, and the old musicals like Showboat, Anna & the King of Siam, Oklahoma, etc plus the old Hayley Mills ones like Pollyanna, That Darn Cat. Also the dancing ones with Fred & Ginger, Gene Kelly, Van Johnson, Cyd Charisse.
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
I re-watched the Twilight movies too. They’re on Netflix and I decided to watch them again. It’s been too hot here to be outside for much time.
Yes, sun and rain pretty much sum up Texas weather, too.
I have a stack of my favorite movies. I know most of them by heart, too. In my reading I don’t like romances all that much, but, with movies, the sappier the better.
I hope you have a great week, Sherry.
I do have favorite movies, although I’m drawing a blank at the moment. PRobably some sci fi stuff lol. It’s a jungle here too- i have some serious landscape work I need to be doing lol!
I haven’t asked how your shoulder has been doing recently. Your mention of yard work made me think about it. 🌿
I love watching The Wizard of Oz, Practical Magic, To Kill a Mockingbird, the first Harry Potter movie, and The Lord of the Rings trilogy. 🤗
Have a wonderful new week. 🌞
I’ve watched the Twilight series a few times, but I generally binge repeat on tv series instead – right now I’m rewatching Rookie Blue because I’ve convinced my daughter to watch it with me.
Wishing you a great reading week
