This is the second of the Jillian Hillcrest mysteries. I have not read the first book and don’t feel it wasn’t necessary to read this one. Each can stand alone.

I must confess, I felt page 56 did not do Open Meetings justice, so I reversed it to page 65. Shhhh, don’t tell anyone.
