I love anything to do with oceans and water of any kind, so just the cover for Tales of a Reheaded Sea Witch by J E Hunter tells me this one if for me.

I was lucky enough to get a copy of Bullet in the Blue Sky by Bill Larkin for a tour in September. I will be sharing my review then, but I wanted to give you a taste now.

For me, this has it all: a taste of the apocalypse, mystery, suspense, thriller, conspiracy, spies and politics, action and adventure.

I love that cover and wonder where he is walking to and why. Will he make it wherever he is going safely? When I first started reading Bullet in the Blue Sky by Bill Larkin, it made me think of the Tom Hanks movie, Saving Private Ryan…only it takes place here in the US.

Chasing Fireflies by Taylor Dean

I am a huge fan of Taylor Dean and her clean romance stories that leave me teary eyed and emotionally wrung out. If you are not familiar with her but love a happy ever after romance, please check out some of my reviews below.

My favorite is probably Sierra, but her ghostly vampiric paranormal story of Lancaster House and The Middle Aisle has an ending that sticks with me to this day.

Taylor Dean always delivers such a pretty package and this time she included some sweets to add to the romance.

Perhaps the element of surprise will enhance my romantic gesture and bring a smile to Paul’s face. And knowing the effort it takes just to knock on his door surely ought to count for major brownie points.

Kathryn Meyer Griffith is a prolific writer and likes her imagination run free through many genres. The Ice Bridge looks deliciously wicked and I am always game for ghost and murder on an island…any island. But this is an island I am familiar with, Mackinac Island. I am originally from Michigan and have visited the island, so this story is one on my must read list. I never did see any ghosts or a murder, but it could have happened. 😈

I love the cover with the big splat of blood. I wonder where it came from, don’t you?

I was very happy to get a copy of Icy Passage by Ann Gimpel for a review tour and I am so glad I did. Stop back by for my review on April 7, 2016, if this sounds good to you.

The title caught me first. Most of the time it is the cover…but check out this cover. Hot and cold! Who does the guy make you think of? It jumps right out at me and I am curios to see if anyone else makes the connection.

How does a mother get over losing her child? How long does it take. I have never lost a child, so I cannot say, but I would guess it takes as long as it takes and sometimes a person never does get over it. I cannot imagine the pain and anguish of letting your child go. Trisomy 18 is real and personal for Taylor Dean and her family and I would like to thank them so much for sharing their story in the form of a novel.
