Welcome everyone and I hope you are keeping warm. Mr Wonderful and I posed for this photo in front of our warm and cozy cape cod style home in Rochester, New York. We lived there for ten years. Within a month of moving to Rochester in 1998, they had a blizzard that shut down the town and the national guard was called in. I was not a stranger to snow and ice and it was fun…for a while. Then I remembered why I moved away. Our goal was ten years and back to the sunny climate of the south. We made it!
Today, here in Florida, we are having sunny skies and the temp is supposed to go up to the high 60s.

Hi Breana, I love sharing something new. I try to mix up my genres. If I read too many of one kind in a row, they blend together and I don’t seem to enjoy them as much. I have also found that I am loving books that I never would have read before. Happy reading.
I’ve never lived anywhere where it snowed annually. I’m not sure I could handle it to be honest. I love books about dreams, especially dream manipulation. I just find that fascinating. Happy reading!

That’s a great photo. We lived in Florida for quite a long time, and one thing I missed was autumn. But I did NOT miss snow!

We’re not quite that warm but it’s above freezing so I’m good. No part of me is designed to deal with that kind of snow! This sounds like an interesting read! I haven’t come across it before but I’ll have to look for it.
LOL. I do not miss shoveling and heavy clothes, though I did bundle up for a Mardi Gras parade last night. It’s all about layers down here so you can take them off when you get too warm. So…let the good times roll.
I’m intrigued by the book and I didn’t think I would be when I saw the cover.
