Midnight Blue Over Mexico is D S Land’s first and only novel, so I am really curious now. Mexico…a discovery…global warming…why haven’t I read this? I added this to my reading shelf on 10.9.12, but actually got it through Amazon on 8.8.12. I love books that deal with real life issues that I am concerned about and global warming is a big one. I love the water, whether it’s pools, oceans, rivers, creeks, ponds, or the birdbath in my backyard, so anything that affects that concerns me. I’m glad I am doing this meme, because I am finding books that I really want to read and forgot about.

I’m very much a water fan. I find it relaxing to be near the sea, rivers, lakes or even small streams. I like looking out the window when the rain is coming down and used to go for walks in the rain! I hate storms, thunder and high winds though!
i feel exactly the same way, even if the water is on a book. lol i used to love storms, but not any more. let the sun shine!
That does have an exciting cover and it sounds pretty thrilling. I was just thinking the other day that I needed to find a book set in Mexico for one of my reading challenges. Good timing!
that is so awesome sophia. could it be fate? 🙂 i would love to know what you think
Ooo! Fun! I think I would like this one. And what a gorgeous cover. Lightning is so beautiful, and yet so deadly. It sounds like the subject matter is pretty relevant to today. Like for you, climate change is something that concerns me. I hope you enjoy this one when you read it!
i’ll be bumping it up on my reading list and maybe even getting to it this week, seeing mr wonderful is on vacation and i don’t want to read review books.
The topic does sound like a good one. I agree that it is very interesting that this is the author’s only book. I hope you enjoy it when you get the chance to read it, Sherry!
me too and i am looking forward to it
sounds like somebody doesn’t want them to know what caused global warming.
i do love secrets and conspiracies so i think this is a good fit for me
Ooh, this does sound intriguing, Sherry.
oh yeah
