Hello. Welcome to another edition of Sherry’s Shelves. Spring is in the air, but I wish it would quit raining. I don’t think I have ever seen this many days of no sun and I am sick of it. LOL I know, come August, I’ll probably to asking, “Why doesn’t it rain. Everything is so dry and I don’t want to spend the time watering.” Have you noticed any changes in the weather patterns in your neck of the woods?

  1. Our winter has been much milder than the weather people predicted. A few wet days, a few cold days but no snow and not many frosty mornings! I do try to go out as little as possible in winter though!

  3. In the part of the UK I’m in it’s actually surprisingly sunny right now. I haven’t done much this weekend other than catching up with blogging tasks and spending time with my daughter. I did decorate a masquerade mask yesterday when I was feeling creative. I’m a big fan of lazy weekends.

  5. You are less than an hour away from me and got a lot more rain. It only really rained one day here and most of the week the sun was peeking in and out. Today sure is beautiful isn’t it! I know you must be seeing the sun. Nice break from the humidity too. I have windows open! Perfect Mardi Gras weather. You going to some parades?

  6. We had alot of rain overnight. It still looks dreary out there, but I’m just happy we didn’t have any snow storms. I’m just catching up on books and TV this weekend. Hope you have a good weekend!

  10. The only thing it’s doing here is being cold haha! We had some hail this morning and it’s really windy, but luckily the snow tapered off. I’m definitely ready for spring. 🙂

  11. We’ve had a mixed bag of weather in NJ, but at least we have yet to get a big snowstorm. You never know what March will bring weather-wise, but so far, so good.

  13. Yes part of my post was STOP RAINING! It did stop yesterday and now is the second sunny day! I like it. I didn’t mind the rain as much as the cold temps around 40. This week will be more normal. But hopefully the forecast for next week is wrong with 40/20 weather with possibly snow! I’m more into the 50/30 weather which is our normal winter averages here. But by March we are normally starting to warm up more. I hope your week is a bettter one. Anne – Books of My Heart

  15. LOL that’s here on the rain, too! It’s crazy how many days it’s rained. We had like 8 hours of sunshine then back to rain. smh
