The Cover. Revenge. A Flood. Think that about says it all as to why I added River Rising by Kevin Kearney to my TBR on 10.11.12. I may have won the book. Do weather elements add that little bit extra that can change your mind about whether you would grab the book or not?

Sounds like another good one! Beautiful cover but it is kinda how I feel about now with all this rain. Yard is flooded! LOL
Nothing like a good revenge plot
The cover definitely ads to the creep factor. Those eyes. Yeesh!
Weather elements are fun! A good creepy storm in a horror book, a blizzard trapping people as a monster closes in, outrunning zombies in the rain…yes I like all of that!
