Sending Thanks and a Question

As you, my faithful followers and readers, may know, I have been having some blog issues. I love blogging, but am not computer literate. Probably pretty obvious. LOL

Right now, I am using a newsletter program to send out notifications of new blog posts, but I am not sure if it will meet all my requirements.

The blogging community is wonderful in its eagerness to help other bloggers when they have a problem, so this is my call for help. I know a lot of you use WordPress and other platforms that supply all you need, but for us self-hosted people, we need to find our own. My question to you is:

“What email program do you use when notifying your followers of new posts?”

I appreciate everyone who has stuck with me and sympathized with my frustration. I look forward to entertaining you with many more posts in the future and want to thank you for all your support!

I use feedburner, it’s been good so far but I’m not savvy like you so I don’t think I’d be of much help LOL

I use feedburner. For myself I follow blogs via bloglovin’ and visit there daily.

Yeah, I am not too savy in this area either. I am on blogger and use feedburner.

Hi Jennifer. Guess I really need to be checking out Feedburner. ^_^

Never thought of feedburner, duh! Let me know what you find out and I’ll do some checking myself!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I felt like an idiot too. I really liked the one I had and finally had it working good and I loved the look of the newsletter. It batches emails and takes seven hours as it is to send them all out. Soooo, it didn’t work. I will be using it and trying to reach everyone to RESUBSCRIBE through feedburner. Crossing my fingers and toes and every other part that will cross and hope this will be the last time!!!!!!! Such is the self-hosted life. ^_^
