Hello. Welcome to another edition of Sherry’s Shelves. Glad the weather has been mild and I have been able to open the house up, letting in some freshly pollinated air. Tis the season of Claritin, Flonase and Musinex. LOL One day it even got in the seventies. I haven’t been up to much this week. Still messing around in the guest room, cleaning and purging. I have a lot of bookshelves in there, but I have five more in the living room. I am trying to figure out how I want to organize them. That’s the hardest part, the rest is just dusting and moving. Any who…Hope you have a great week.

I used to constantly rearrange my bookshelves for fun but I’m getting too sore to do it unless it is necessary!
Glad you’re getting the guest room in order. I’m trying to get my blog in order after google plus decided to remove google plus comments.
I can relate. We got a few days’ worth of spring weather, and my nose started running right away. But now it’s cold again, so not too bad.:-)
Pollen. Yikes! My nose is running, I have a dry cough, and my eyes are itchy and watery. Yep, spring is coming to the south. LOL I’ve been working at trimming back tree branches and vines along my fence and suffered for that idea. LOL
My Sunday Post
We’ve been having mild weather too. This week it’s supposed to get colder with some snow. We’ll see, but I too suffer from allergies.
When I was only reading print books, I loved organizing and re-organizing books. I could spend hours doing that instead of reading. LOL
Hope you have a great week!
Good luck with the purge. I hope you post some shelfies after you get them organized. And, I am jealous of your weather. 70 is my sweet spot.
I will do that. High 70s or 80 is my sweet spot. lol
Sorry about the hay fever – I used to suffer dreadfully, but the older I’ve become the less it’s been a problem… Fingers crossed it’s the same for you! I’m waiting for a house elf to visit to sort out the muddle I call a home! Have a great week, Sherry.
When the house elf is done at your house, please send them my way. 🙂
I need to totally redo my bookshelves. Like overhaul. I just have them all stacked in, on top of each other, no order. It’s a mess. Hope you get yours the way you like it. Have a great week!
Mary
We had three days in the 50s last week and I had the windows open, too! We are back in the teens again and we received more snow, so now I’m grumpy again. 😏
Bookshelf rearranging is not one of my favorite things. I tend to do one or two shelves at a time. Good luck with your organizing. I hope you are having a wonderful week. 🌞
Oh no, no. I have no health issues but allergies but it is year round for me with pollens, dust, mold, animal hair. Claritin does nothing for me and Flonase has a scent which I’m allergic to! I use Allegra, Nasonex, which are so effective I have only had 2 allergy attacks over the last 17 years. I feel it when I’m near the pollens or whatever now but it doesn’t make me sneezy or stuffy or stop me from functioning as it used to do. Well cats are the worst one and I do wheeze but if I get away from them, my throat opens up and I feel normal within an hour or so.
I am so proud of you for going through your books and organizing. I am fairly organized (by genre) but I have plenty of things to sort and throw including magazines.
You’ve done a great job of blog commenting this week, too! I am finally getting around to about 60 from the Sunday post but it has taken all week. I hope it’s a good one for you. Happy Reading!
Yeah, I did great with all the comments, except for Sundays. I like to do the weekly meme, but sometimes I can’t hit all the people I would like to. I have been finding some new blogs to follow.
