I am really enjoying the One Taste series and am anxious to see what happens in One Taste of Love by Amanda Siegrist. Each of these romance novels showcases one of the ladies and her hunkalicious man. Steamy insta lust that turn into insta love.
MY REVIEW
I am loving the ladies and their hunkalicious detectives and picked up One Taste of Love by Amanda Siegrist as soon as I finished One Taste of You, Book I. The books can stand alone and I love that in a series.
I am excited to see where Ben and Rina end up in this lively and dangerous romance.
The copyly duo of Zeke and Ben are slinging their lively banter from the beginning. I love these guys! It’s nice when your partner is also your best friend. He will have your back in more ways than one.
Ben saw the dead woman and almost upchucked. It took all he had to hold it together. She had a familiar look to her, even though he didn’t know her. It made him think of…
Rina. What secret is she hiding, not only from him, but from her friends too? I see into her private life and I’m not liking what I see. Not because of her, though the toughness she portrays to her friends, she needs to apply to…well them.
I love the whole gym thing. 😀
First we had Zoe’s stalker, now we have a serial killer what has Rina in his sights. She has a sweet naivety about her I like a lot. Oh no…I have a very bad thought about Rina’s date. Can he be her serial killer? It doesn’t make sense to me, but I am getting bad vibes from him nonetheless.
I had the killer in my sights early on, but Amanda Siegrist took me on a meandering road to his capture, with lots of love and romance along the way. I/m happy that she kept me doubting myself.
Rina’s story is coming to a close and I wonder what hunkalicious cop will meet up with Dee in One Taste of Crazy. I finished the first two books in one day and decided to wait until tomorrow to begin her story. I don’t think she will be the lone wolf for very long.
“I’m the lone wolf standing, without a pack any more.”
I voluntarily reviewed a free copy of One Taste of Love by Amanda Siegrist.

GOODREADS BLURB
Detective Ben Stoyer finally asked out Rina, the woman he pined over for way too long. She turns him down in her delicate, sweet way that he shouldn’t love. When the victim in his latest murder case looks just like her, there’s nothing that can keep him away, not even Rina herself.
Rina Chastain wants to give in to Ben, but she can’t. And she means can’t every time she tells him so. Her father would ruin it. He always does. Yet, Ben’s so charming she can’t help but give in. One thing’s for sure. The relationship is doomed to fail—by a serial killer, or her meddling father.
♥ Warning: This novel contains a sexy detective. There is insta-love. If you don’t want to read that kind of book, turn back now! But you know you wanna. ♥

ABOUT AMANDA SIEGRIST
I write contemporary and romantic suspense, but I am partial to suspense. I just love a good mystery.
Besides writing, I love baking, crafts, and baseball…oh, and meeting new people. *smiles*

I’m happy you’re enjoying the series< Sherry. Especially as this isn't a genre you read that much.
Yeah, this series is lighter than her rom/sus, but I am really enjoying the characters. I love when I have other books in a series and can go from one book, directly into another. The characters and their stories are fresh in my mind and I become attached to them. 🙂
Thank you so much for reading and reviewing! 😘💕
I love when I am able to go from one book to the next. I seem to become more involved in the characters and their lives, their stories fresh in my mind. It used to be the story more than the characters that would keep me reading, but with a series, it is the wonderful characters that you created that keep me turning pages.
Oh I could get on board with some hunkalicious men. 😀
I love romantic suspense stories. Ya get a mystery and some hunkalicious men at the same time. Hard to go wrong with that. 🙂
Considering you figured out the killer, it’s good to see that you still enjoyed the ride!
