some songs we’ve been enjoying lately! If you would like to play, and I
really hope you do, please see the rules and link up below.

something you’d like to share with others. If possible, share a music

and/or music video(s).
If you would like to participate in Music Monday, please join the link up by sharing your post’s url HERE

Hello and welcome fellow bloggies. I was lucky to be able to play golf twice this week. Last Sunday was fabulous weather, but Thursday was cloudy, cool and a bit damp. Still…a bad day at golf is better than a good day at work. The weather warms up a bit during the day, but I am sad to see the hot days of 80 degrees are probably gone until next year. 😥 I don’t know about you, but I love feeling the sun on my skin, hearing the flop of my flips and jumping into the pool at the drop of the hat. My biggest consolation is…we rarely have any snow or ice here in Florida.

Hello fellow bloggers.
I don’t know about you, but I’m kinda in a blogging funk right now. I’ve missed some posts, have been terrible at commenting on your posts and I hope it passes soon.
Meanwhile, here’s what’s been happening and a video for your enjoyment.

BORN FREE
I subscribe to the BBC on YouTube because of videos like this one.
And…for your listening enjoyment while you peruse the rest of my post…Kid Rock and his powerful song, Born Free. His music speaks to my soul and I have tears in my eyes as I listen to this. It’s kind a funny, because when I first became aware of it is when they used it for a baseball playoff promo. Plus, he’s a fellow Michigander.
You can knock me down and watch me bleed, but you can’t keep no chains on me!
Hello fellow bloggers. Our weather is still great here in the Florida Panhandle. In the 80s during the day and a crisp 60s at night. The cooler nights have taken all the humidity out of the air and the sky is a sharp and brilliant blue…beautiful. Because of the shorter days, I have been watching the moon grow fuller and it will be in all its glory tonight. I’m going to take some more photos. I have recently purchased a cord release because touching the camera caused the lens to move ever so slightly, creating camera shake. I had one before, but since I updated my camera, I had to get another one. Here’s hoping it works. “fingers crossed” How about you? Are you a stargazer?
We are still getting in the pool. It is 78 and much warmer than the northern waters where I grew up…in Michigan…and where I spent many a summer weekend…Cape Cod.
Here is an update on my blogging ahead status:
I don’t really count October, but I have overdone it a bit and spent so much time because there are so many good books out there, that I thought I would throw it out there.
Oct: 21 posts for the 17th through the 31st
Now, for the real thing:
Nov: 6
Dec: 9
See what I mean about spending too much time on October? I will be trying to limit myself for the rest of the year and catch up on owed reviews and books that I wanted to share just because I liked them!
A pod of 30+ Orcas that was videoed swimming by Galiano Island had me mesmerized. I saw this link on Twitter and had to pass it on. Amazing. I would love to know what you think.
I saw where people had commented about the audio, but I didn’t have the sound on when I watched it and I loved it. I will let it speak for itself.
If you are looking for a book to read, check out the links below.
